Hi, I’m Karra…
My passion for fitness began when I discovered how incredible movement made me feel — strong, empowered, and energized. That feeling sparked a deep desire to share the gift of exercise with others. At 19, I started my journey as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, and my curiosity and love for the field drove me to dive even deeper. Eager to expand my knowledge, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, laying the foundation for my lifelong commitment to helping others thrive through movement.
My Journey
For 17 years, I helped women feel strong and confident in their bodies — but it wasn’t until my third pregnancy that I truly understood the importance of a strong, well-functioning core and pelvic floor. After being diagnosed with stage 3 rectocele and stage 2 cystocele pelvic organ prolapse, simple daily tasks became painful and exhausting. Desperate for healing and told to wait until postpartum for help, I felt broken and alone. But the trainer in me refused to give up. I immersed myself in research and training and, nine months postpartum, I healed my core and pelvic floor. Now, I’m on a mission to help women strengthen their bodies, reclaim their confidence, and realize they are never too far gone to heal and thrive.
